We have had a very busy second week of the summer!
In Nursery School there has been a lot of excitement around pirates…getting letters from Pirate Steve, making sails for his pirate ship, looking for his missing parrot in the garden, searching for treasure and making golden biscuits!
In Acorn Room the children have been using the walkers to get around, the more confident walkers have been climbing steps and mastering their balancing skills.
Conker Room have been exploring Gruffalo Playdough, using lavender for the purple prickles.
Willow Room have been learning how bee’s and how they make honey- they even got a chance to taste some honey.
All the children have been getting ready for our Sports Afternoon on Wednesday 27th August. They are practising their throwing, ball and balancing skills. Please put the date in the diary and let us know if you will be attending.
