Personal, Social and Emotional Development
To lead happy, healthy lives, children need to relate well to others and understand their own emotions. We show children how to understand themselves, so they can form connected, joyful, relationships with others for the rest of their lives.

Resolving Conflict
Each child has a key adult - someone with special responsibility for your child’s development. Your child builds a strong, warm, trusting relationship with the key adult, helping them to take safe risks, try new tasks and build resilience.
Practitioners regularly talk to children about how they feel. They tell stories that involve emotions, so children build emotional awareness and emotional literacy.
Practitioners carefully model how to handle and convey intense emotions. They also teach children how to resolve conflict independently.
