Head of school message

We have had such a fantastic start to the summer term! It started on Tuesday with a visit from the St Albans Mayor, Jamie Day. He looked around the school at the things we have been doing on our journey to being more sustainable and becoming social influencers on looking after our world! During his visit we proudly showed him the following; how well we look after our giant African land snail, the wormery we created over Easter, the planting that has taken place in the garden (big thanks to those parents who came in to share their gardening expertise with us!) the litter picking we do and our awareness of recycling materials. He was blown away by the children's enthusiasm and knowledge! We will keep you updated as we embed sustainable practices and develop our knowledge on how to look after our world even further!
